Shocked, the wife considered divorce, but she wanted to keep her family together. She visited a Law Office Haeon and filed a lawsuit against the other woman for compensation for emotional distress. The Seoul Eastern District Court in South Korea acknowledged the wife's mental anguish caused by the other woman's wrongdoing and ordered her to pay 28 million won in compensation.
Rulings:
1. The defendant shall pay the plaintiff 28 million won.
2. The defendant shall not meet, call, text, use KakaoTalk, or have any contact with the plaintiff's husband going forward.
